2. FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
Fruits and vegetables are contain Vitamin and Mineral
Example : FRUITS : Apple, Mango, Orange, Strawberry Etc
VEGETABLES : Spinach, Lettuce, Cabbage, Carrot, Tomato Etc
3. MEAT and MILK
Milk and Meat are provide Protein.
Example : MEAT : Chicken, Beef, Fish, Sausage
MILK : Milk, Cheese, Yogurt
4. SWEET, OIL and FAT
Example : Sugar, Candy, softdrink, Cake
